Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We only accept credit card payment. All orders placed will be charged in Pounds Sterling - the charge will appear on your credit card statement as Kaffessa Music

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Switch. We do not accept payment by cheque. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. We do not accept backorders. You may send your credit card information via snail mail or over the Internet.

Pricing, payment, delivery and availability:
Payment has to be received before any goods are dispatched. All orders are subject to availability, we cannot be more specific about availability. There are not guaranteed dispatch times but attempt to deliver items within 14 working days, and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

Delivery Schedule:
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 14 business days. International orders are generally received in less than 21 days.

Credit Card Security:
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Customs:
When ordering goods from Stormtheworld.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Stormtheworld.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Returns Policy:
Kaffessa Music will accept any items for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase that have not been washed or worn. Kaffessa Music will not accept for return or exchange any packaged non-wearables, including CDs, cassettes, DVDs, or videos once opened. Events beyond our reasonable control:
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
