Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on
any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you
have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few
details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We only accept credit card payment. All orders placed will be charged in Pounds
Sterling - the charge will appear on your credit card statement as Kaffessa

do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. We do not accept

Payment has to be received before any goods are dispatched. All orders are
subject to availability, we cannot be more specific about availability. There
are not guaranteed dispatch times but attempt to deliver items within 14

Kaffessa Music will accept any items for return or exchange within 14 days of
purchase that have not been washed or worn. Kaffessa Music will not accept for
return or exchange any packaged non-wearables, including CDs, cassettes, DVDs,
or videos once opened. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except
